When I opened the transport bag I was a little worried as I found the box a little broken and with signs of having suffered strong blows. However, after doing its respective charging period, it turned on and worked, I inspected its mechanical part and everything seemed complete. What if I notice is that it warms practically nothing, this is essential for the massage. The product is for my wife, so I will let her use it for a few more days to know whether or not she is satisfied… a possible return will depend on this.
